## What is the purpose of the change
When querying data from a partitioned filesystem table and filtering for one
of the partition fields with a constant value we will get incorrect data back.
This PR aims to fix that.
## Brief change log
- Change `FileSystemTableSource` to create a projection of the partition
keys using all partition fields in the table, not just the projected ones. This
is needed to pass the correct physical layout of the file to the file format
factory.
