## What is the purpose of the change
If UC and AC-timeout is enabled and the checkpoint is completed as aligned
checkpoint. The checkpoint type at Checkpoint history should show the aligned
checkpoint instead of unaligned checkpoint.
## Brief change log
The unalignedCheckpoint of PendingCheckpointStats will be updated to true
when the unalignedCheckpoint of any SubtaskStateStats is true.

This change improved some tests and can be verified as follows:
- All tests of PendingCheckpointStatsTest
