Good addition, with some request for changes.
I would suggest some name changes for the Gauges:
- "numIn" --> "inputQueueLength"
- "numOut" --> "outputQueueLength"
- "InPoolUsage" --> "inPoolUsage"
- "outPoolUsage" --> "outPoolUsage"
