The java document[1] of SourceFuntion said: "@deprecated ...., NOTE: All
sub-tasks from FLINK-28045 must be closed before this API can be completely
removed." , as FLINK-28045 has too many subtasks did not been finished, *+1* to
revert the change.
The correct way to deprecate SourceFuntion is resolve all subtasks for
FLINK-28045 firstly and then deprecated it.
