Zakelly opened a new pull request, #23364:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/23364

   ## What is the purpose of the change

The message "Warn - received late message for checkpoint" is shown
frequently in the logs, also when a checkpoint was purposefully canceled. In
those case, this message is unhelpful and misleading.

This PR makes it log this only when the checkpoint is actually expired.

Meaning that when receiving the message, we check if we have an expired
checkpoint for that ID. If yes, we log that message, if not, we simply drop the
message.

   ## Brief change log

    - Make ```CheckpointCoordinator``` only remember the expired checkpoints,
and log the last messages of those.

   ## Verifying this change

This change is already covered by existing tests modified by this PR , such
as ```CheckpointCoordinatorTriggeringTest```.
