## What is the purpose of the change To support java 21. Since JDK21 there was removed of constructor within https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8303083 Netty should support it and the support was added within https://github.com/netty/netty/pull/13366 which is a part of 4.1.93.Final.
