## What is the purpose of the change Currently GCS is used as a backend for file sink. Sometimes hotspotting in GCS results in HTTP 5XX status code. As per [GCS best practices](https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/request-rate) it is advisable to spread out the object creation with random names close to the beginning of the file name. ## Brief change log - Added option to inject random entropy in the temporary object gcs path in file sink. - Exposed gs.filesink.entropy.enabled option. ## Verifying this change Added test that validates that entropy is correctly injected into the temporary gcs object name. ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts: - Dependencies (does it add or upgrade a dependency): no - The public API, i.e., is any changed class annotated with `@Public(Evolving)`: no - The serializers: no - The runtime per-record code paths (performance sensitive): no - Anything that affects deployment or recovery: JobManager (and its components), Checkpointing, Kubernetes/Yarn, ZooKeeper: no - The S3 file system connector: no ## Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? yes - If yes, how is the feature documented? docs -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
