[~yunfengzhou] [~lindong] I've added support for testing 1.19-SNAPSHOT for the
Flink Kafka connector. It seems to fail based on this change, as you can see in

The FLIP highlighted that this change should be backward compatible, but this
run seems to indicate otherwise. Can you take a look?
