    You mean starting the `emitter thread` while constructing 
`AsyncCollectorBuffer`? Since we have to get a `AsyncCollectorBuffer` ready to 
put inputs from previous state while `open()` the operator. After all inputs 
are in the buffer, `emitter thread` then can start working.
