In this test `keyGroupRange` can be derived from `numberOfKeyGroups`.
In practice, `numberOfKeyGroups` is come from `MaxNumberOfParallelSubtasks`,
it may be different from `keyGroupRange.getNumberOfKeyGroups()`, so we do need
both parameters.
