Actually, `Seq` is not a subclass of `Collection`, provide
`Collection<TypeInformation<?>> types` doesn't fix the problem. I think it's
better to adapt the Scala code where has used RowTypeInfo in this form: `new
RowTypeInfo(Types.INT, Types.LONG, Types.STRING)`. What do you think?
