## What is the purpose of the change
As part of FLIP-550 there was added support for schema while creating
`MATERIALIZED TABLE`.
In order to not lose this information output of `SHOW CREATE MATERIALIZED
TABLE` should contain it
This PR does it
Also add info about `SHOW CREATE MATERIALIZED TABLES` and `SHOW MATERIALIZED
TABLES` to doc
