Was that intentional, that this change was only merged to flink-shaded, but the
bump was not followed in flink itself? I see that flink is still having 4.1.100
set.
Also, if that was just a mistake, be prepared that flink-python might break
with the bump, as apache arrow will need to use it's own provided 4.1.100 in
order to work.
