## What is the purpose of the change
This exposes the ExecNode type to the advanced table source/sink API via
`ProviderContext`. It is required for correcting the invalid UID assignment
tracked under FLINK-38738 for Transformation and DataStream source providers.
WIth this information, the connector can better deal with legacy when evolving
the connector code itself.
## Brief change log
- Give the connector information about the sink/source ExecNode version.

This change added tests and can be verified as follows: `TransformationsTest`
