## What is the purpose of the change
Fix regression from 1.20 when querying or explaining SQL views containing
window TVFs (TUMBLE, HOP, SESSION, CUMULATE) with ORDER BY clauses, catalog
ends up storing duplicated ORDER BY clauses leading to a SqlParseException.
## Brief change log
- Fix SqlNodeConvertUtils.toCatalogView() to use validated query output
instead
of mutated input when generating expanded SQL
- Add integration tests for window TVFs with ORDER BY in views
## Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
- Added WindowTVFWithOrderByITCase with 4 integration tests covering all
window
TVF types (TUMBLE, HOP, SESSION, CUMULATE) with ORDER BY
Note: tests pass on 1.20.3 without the fix.
