> The title talks about avro-confuent format but the code appears to be in the arvo section so effects the avro format at well. @davidradl, yes indeed, the title mentions `avro-confluent` since this is actually the schema-registry-based format that the described bug refers to. Because the schema is provided externally (via the registry), it may contain Avro types (such as ENUM) that have no direct equivalent in Flink's type system, something that wouldn't occur with the plain avro format, where the schema is derived from Flink's type system directly -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
