## What is the purpose of the change
#202 bumps `flink-connector-parent` to 2.0.0 and `flink.version` to 2.1.0.
The parent bump does not build on its own: 2.0.0 moves Checkstyle to 10.18.2,
google-java-format to 1.24.0 and japicmp to `com.github.siom79.japicmp`, and
this repository trips over all three. This carries @ocb3916's commit with that
adaptation on top, takes `flink.version` to the latest 2.1 patch and moves the
CI matrix off Flink 2.0, which is out of support. Supersedes #202.
## Brief change log
- `flink-connector-parent` 1.1.0 to 2.0.0 and `flink.version` 2.0.0 to
2.1.0, by @ocb3916
- `JavadocMethod` in `tools/maven/checkstyle.xml` loses the five
properties Checkstyle dropped after 8.14, and `scope` becomes `accessModifiers`
- Six files in `flink-connector-jdbc-core` reformatted by
google-java-format 1.24.0
- japicmp activated under `com.github.siom79.japicmp`, the groupId 2.0.0
manages
- `flink.version` to 2.1.3, and the `push_pr.yml` matrix to 2.1.3, 2.2.1
and 2.3.0
- `japicmp.referenceVersion` 3.0.0-1.16 to 4.1.0-2.1, the last release
carrying today's module names
## Verifying this change
This change is already covered by existing tests, such as the architecture
tests and the Testcontainers ITCases of every module.
- `mvn clean install` green over the reactor on JDK 17 against 2.1.3,
2.2.1 and 2.3.0
- japicmp resolves and reports `No changes` for all ten modules against
`4.1.0-2.1`. It resolved no version at all before, so the check has been
passing without comparing anything since the parent's groupId changed
- Architecture tests are unaffected: the violation store after a run is
byte-identical to the one `main` produces, `+0 -96` either way. That store is
stale on `main` and wants refreshing under its own ticket
