Add {{MaterializedTableDescriptor}} with a builder, and
{{{}RefreshStrategy{}}}, accepted by {{{}materializeInto(path, descriptor){}}}.
It does not extend {{{}TableDescriptor{}}}, because a materialized table's
storage belongs to the catalog and needs no connector.
Proposed Changes
* Add {{@PublicEvolving}} {{MaterializedTableDescriptor}} and {{Builder}}
(schema, options, distribution, partition keys, comment, freshness, refresh
strategy, {{{}toBuilder(){}}}, value equality)
* Add {{@PublicEvolving}} {{RefreshStrategy}} ({{{}automatic(){}}},
{{{}continuous(){}}}, {{{}full(){}}}), mapped to
{{CatalogMaterializedTable.LogicalRefreshMode}}
* Add {{{}Table#materializeInto(String, MaterializedTableDescriptor){}}},
passing only the declared clauses through
{{{}DescriptorMaterializedTableMergeContext{}}}{{{}{}}}
