Hi @wenjin272 — I'd like to help with a bounded first slice of this if that would be useful. Proposal for a first PR: isolate the Python function cache by job / dependency-generation identity (gap 3 in the description), with tests for two successive Session jobs that share the same `(module, qualname)` but load different code. That looks separable from Pemja classloading and full cross-job coordination. Per CONTRIBUTING, could a committer confirm this direction before I open a PR?
