Yes, because I changed the default nullable to `true`, but the reduced
constant is `NOT NULL`, so a `CAST` is here. Do you have any ideas to fix this?
The default nullable changed to `true` is because
`UserDefinedScalarFunctionTest.testResults` and
`ArrayTypeTest.testArrayLiterals` fail.
