I think we could further remove AggregateMapFunction and
DataSetWindowAggregateMapFunction for windowedDataSet and DataSet, and let
reduce function directly accumulator the input values. But since this PR is
already very huge in terms of lines of changes, I prefer to optimize it in a
separate PR.
