Could "parallel execution" section(system level) be for starters?
In my opinion I still need 1 or more tasks of starter's level to practice.
If that's the case I'd like to complete that part after the first one (state 
setParallelism()) being commited.

About name() I imagine that it's for starters as well and will test and try. 
As I saw it could be also for datasource and sink, just like setParallelism() 
which is not only for transformation?
