The pull request contains a number of changes that we've done during the
last two weeks and we haven't open JIRA issues for them - but will enforce this
workflow in the future.
By the way how would you suggest to tag the commits then, because we'd need
both the [streaming] and the [FLINK-\<number\>] tag for the commits, right?
