MSOffice stopped working when ClamWin erroneously identified valid files as
threats, so I quit using ClamWin and installed OpenOffice.  It worked fine
until I tried to open a docx attachment in an e-mail message, and then it began
behaving just like MSOffice did, so I reinstalled it, and it worked fine for a
while, then it started generating crash messages again.  I am now installing
for the third time.  Just because MS doesn't offer any useful diagnostics
doesn't mean you can't.
