Summary: create jndi-binding gfsh command does not hide password

The {{create jndi-binding}} gfsh command currently accepts {{--username}} and
{{--password}} options, but the content text of these options is visible.
In oder to hide the content, when the user does not enter {{–username}} then
the user should be prompted for a username and password. If they enter a
--username then they should be only prompted for a password.
