Description:
The {{create jndi-binding}} gfsh command currently accepts {{--username-}} and
{{-password}} options, but the content text of these options is visible.
In oder to hide the content, we should model this behavior after gfsh
{{connect}} command when the user does not enter {{–username}} then the user
should be prompted for a username and password. If they enter a --username then
they should be only prompted for a password.
