[~drhy]: This issue specifically covers MD4 support in the RADIUS extension in
Guacamole. The fix for this has *not* been merged into any of the code bases,
and has not been completed, so let's keep this issue focused on that, and wait
until it has been fixed before we move on to debugging the next thing.
Once this is fixed, I think the mailing lists would be the best place for this
continued discussion: http://guacamole.apache.org/support/.
