[~drhy]: Whether the changes helped the functioning of other protocols is not
really the point of this issue and the PR - the point is to provide MD4 support
for the RADIUS protocols that require, which I'm reasonably certain it does.
If, after applying this change, you're still seeing errors in the Tomcat logs
about missing support for MD4, that could still be an issue and needs to be
investigated further. If you're running into other issues getting the RADIUS
module to work with Windows Server NPS, those can be explored on the mailing
list and through other JIRA issues that might be something other than lack of
MD4 support.
