Luke Pickerireo commented on GUACAMOLE-1089:
--------------------------------------------
I see this from the FreeRDP team: [https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/pull/6259]
It appears to result from the ticket raised earlier
([https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/issues/6258),] which resulted in the
observation "ok, that log is interesting. looks like the session is
disconnected on the server end ({{ERRINFO_LOGOFF_BY_USER}} is a server side
disconnect) As for the segfault, sorry for the inconvenience, we had a resource
cleanup order issue with {{2.1.1}} that should be fixed with
[#6259|https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/pull/6259]"
Ticket 6258 has been closed by author, not because the initial issue was
resolved, rather I expect because regression to the previous FreeRDP fixed
their problem.
I don't expect the segfault mentioned would give rise to the disconnects (or
the colour issues) but figure it's worth noting for reference.

> Hello,
>
> A recent update to the freerdp2-dev (2.1.1) package on Ubuntu has broken the
> Guacamole compatibilty.
> RDP connection is instantly closed without any error message.
> I had to downgrade to 2.0.0 to make it work again.
>
> Not sure if this should be there, but, as you advice to install this package
> in your doc, I think, you should be aware of it.
