In our company we are looking for a tool to let remote service workers work on
our servers.
Currently this is done by on employee who share his screen with the remote
service worker to get the work done. It`s safe but it costs a lot of time.
With Guacamole we have the possibility to make a screen capture to see what the
external service worker has done.
Not the less it would be great if theres a feature to activly observe what the
external worker currently is doing, something like a remote console.
