Fabian,
If I understand you correctly I think you will find that option already exists.
If you are logged in to the GUI as an admin user and select 'Active Sessions'
you can click on a running session under 'Connection name' to observe/interact
with that session.
Alternatively you can simply share the requisite connection (see:
[http://guacamole.apache.org/doc/gug/administration.html] ).
