Your expiration timestamp is in the past. That timestamp represents 2015-10-31 
20:36:05.

The error you're seeing regarding invalid hexadecimal data could indicate that 
there is an issue with the value you supplied for your key within 
guacamole.properties, but the above expired timestamp will definitely guarantee 
that the JSON will not be accepted. The timestamp needs to be in the future.
