If this is something you're seeing only in a browser (and a certain version of
a browser), then I would start with the JavaScript console and then Network
logs within the browser itself and see if anything interesting shows up, there.
Just to confirm, you're running a "stock" version of Guacamole 1.4 - no
modifications to the source code?
