Vlad Trofimov commented on GUACAMOLE-1548:
------------------------------------------
[~vnick] - I'm attaching two screenshots of the java consoles from a macOS
Monterey + macOS Big Sur client. In my specific use-case, I'm getting a black
screen on Monterey, but I've had other users report getting an error message
reading "The connection has been closed because the server is taking too long
to respond". I don't see anything telling in the Network or Console logs. I
don't believe there are any modifications to the source code. In both cases,
I'm using the same Guacamole appliance and target desktop.

> When using Guacamole 1.4 via Safari 15.3 to connect to a Windows 10 Desktop,
> users are experiencing a few different issues:
> # Error message with latency (not re-creatable at this moment)
> # Black screens (re-creatable)
> # Frozen screen (re-creatable, you can see the desktop but no mouse/keyboard
> actions)
> When switching to Chrome, there were no issues. This was tested on macOS
> Monterey. Safari on macOS Catalina experienced no problems. Please let me
> know which logs would be helpful to understand the issue.
