After updating the guacamole (client, guacamole/guacamole) docker image my
instance refused to start up.
After looking into it, it looks like unzip is not part of the docker image.
It is however used in some situations (i.e. a set LOGBACK_LEVEL environment)
and causes the startup to fail.
Not setting LOGBACK_LEVEL works as workaround, however simply adding unzip as
an additional package should resolve this issue.
