It would be handy to be able to associate a specific account/configuration for
a vault at a more granular level than an entire Guacamole deployment.
Perhaps we could assign a vault configuration at the connection group level -
that way all the connections under that group would inherit the associated
vault configuration, or fall back to the app-level configuration if nothing is
set on any parent connection groups.
