gptransfer is a decent option, or we can do something new. Either way takes
some work. I would be curious to see the design for a higher performance
transfer tool.
Most likely the GPDB project will support transfer from GPDB to HAWQ at some
point using gptransfer which would make this potentially easy to support HAWQ
to HAWQ.
