Actually I've been thinking about similar use cases that the current stream
reader doesn’t handle. For this we can re-implementing the stream reader using
the Jackson JSON Stream API or prehaps to resue some parts of the
[json-mapreduce](https://github.com/alexholmes/json-mapreduce) project.
