James, we would like to bring HBASE-2426 up to speed with 0.89/0.90. Looking at
the git versions of hbase-transactional-tableindexed, which one should we fork
from? master or 0.90.0-SNAPSHOT (or something else)? BTW, I can help test
things out with this ticket and hbase-transactional-tableindexed in general.
