One question/concern about this project: In Hadoop, we had the docs translated
into Mandarin Chinese a few years back. But after some time, the English docs
changed, and the translation was left there, probably with lots of incorrect
info.
So, I think we should figure out some process to ensure that the Japanese docs
stay reasonably up-to-date, or at least that we keep track in some way of how
out of date it is. Perhaps you can just put in a header on each page that says
"This may be out of date, please refer to the English version for the most up
to date info?"
