Sorry for the delay in getting back on this one. Regarding the exceptions
package, I and Enis were discussing and we thought that in this jira, we would
move all the exceptions to where they originally existed (in 0.94). Then in a
follow up patch, we could make a pass over the client facing ones, and create
them in the "correct" packages, and we would deprecate the exceptions in the
original packages.
