Make {{ByteRange}} an abstract class and you can have a single implementation
of most of the logic. Does that lose for you the desired level of abstraction?
Maybe a ByteRangeComparator can hold the comparison logic?
How important is having this be an interface, considering it's client-direct
API? Are we holding out on this level of abstraction?
