Oh, my bad I thought aborting master. Aborting RS may still not fully cover the
issue because exception may triggered by current RS is in SSH already and outer
retry loop still could delete RIT node and interfere with SSH handling.
[~jxiang] Any issue do you see if we remove the following two lines in function
unassign? Thanks.
