Thanks [~adityakishore]. I've integrated the hbase-9581.patch into 0.96 and
trunk. Unit tests should be unblocked now so I lowered the JIRA to Major.
[~adityakishore] do you also want clean the extra admin close from test cases
in your patch? Thanks.
