Yes as Ram said the patch for the tag compression in HFile along with Data
block encoding will come in another jira. There also same Context will get used.
I will post in RB. Well this patch looks bigger but actually not. I have moved
some classes from hbase-server to hbase-common. (Dictionary , LRUDictionary
etc) Just saying.
