bq.-1 to a revert without providing an alternative. HBASE-9097 listed several,
let's pick one if must be. +0 if we also include such an alternative in this
patch.
As I mentioned in the JIRA description, I was planning to add
"HBASE_CLASSPATH_OVERRIDE" to add jars to be beginning of the classpath. Are
you okay with that?
