Need to run bin/hbase upgrade -check and -execute over 0.94 to run in 0.98 but
I confirm that it works. I did it for 0.98.2RC0 testing. I did not tried a
rolling restart. distCP from 0.94 to 0.98 cluster (Hadoop 1.0.3 to 2.2.0) then
run the testing with a brand new 0.98 installation.
