The new config in ImportTsv is needed only when another MR job launches a
ImportTsv job, like the case we have in the Integration test. In the usual
cases, the credentials are not required to be passed.
Also the config is not user facing. I can add a comment in ImportTsv file to
make it clear why the config is there. Will that be okay ?
