BTW, Apple refers to their operating system as "OS X" with no Mac. It's
important to refer to trademarks in the way their holders prefer if possible so
I will create a separate JIRA to align the way we refer to OS X.
Also, some of your feedback, especially the second lot, is for things that I
didn't get to edit yet. I'll do a more thorough update of that chapter today.
