* Added catalog section in Architecture (ROOT & META description, etc.)
* Reorganized all the "rowkey design" entries into a "Rowkey Design" section.
** Plus, added a sub-section on reverse-timestamps, since that's a fairly
common question on the dist-list.
** added small comment on not having an exceedingly high number of versions
unless you really, really want all those values (this also came up on the
dist-list)
* Moved what was added in HBASE-4242 (minimum versions) as a sub-section of the
existing version entry.
